Rent or Buy a Home in Europe?
Do the math yourself. Rent is about €1,000 a month. Over 4 years that adds up to roughly €40,000 that you have handed to a stranger. And not a single square meter has become yours.
Yet the same money could have become your own apartment in Europe — an asset that stays with you rather than going into someone else’s pocket.
Together with the Armonie real estate agency, we take the client through the whole path on a turnkey basis. More than 200 families have already gone through it and today live in their own apartments in Europe.
Here is how it works:
— You choose an apartment remotely, without coming over. An agent shows you the property by video call and checks it personally, on site.
— The purchase is registered to a company or to you under a power of attorney — you can be anywhere while this happens.
— Buying through a company gives you an official business in the EU, and that is a ground for a residence permit.
— Next comes EU citizenship: a Romanian or Bulgarian passport, depending on your grounds.
One path — from renting to a passport. Under one roof, under an official contract. Your own apartment solves several tasks at once: you can live in it, you can rent it out for income, and you can put money into it that would otherwise quietly lose value. And everything is fully above board: an account with a European bank, a transparent source of funds, financial monitoring. Entry starts from €1,300, the whole path takes about 4 months and is completed fully remotely. No hidden surcharges — you know every
figure in advance. And if you have been renting for several years and think it is too late, it is not. The money that is gone cannot be returned, but everything you pay from now on can go toward something of your own. The main thing is not to freeze while your money melts away. A year from now you will still be living somewhere. The only question is whether it will be within someone else’s walls or your own.
