How do I get in touch and book a consultation?
Call us, message us on Telegram or send a request through the form on this page. We reply during working hours — daily from 9:00 to 20:00.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. We resolve most matters remotely — by phone, on Telegram or by video call. Our offices in Constanța and Năvodari are open for in-person meetings if you prefer.
Which languages do you consult in?
We consult in Russian, Ukrainian, English and Romanian.
Do you work with clients from other cities and countries?
Yes. Document preparation and consultations are handled remotely. Some procedures in Romania require your personal presence — we will tell you in advance which ones and at what stage.
How quickly do you respond to a request?
We aim to reply within one working day. If your question is urgent, the fastest way is to message us on Telegram.
