How a partnership with Alliance works: who handles the client, who signs the contract, what the fee is for
A partnership with Alliance is simple: you refer a person who needs Romanian services, and we take on everything that requires a license — the assessment, the contract, client identification, the bank and the execution.
There is one restriction here, and it is a matter of principle: the contract and the identification always go directly between Alliance and the end client; otherwise the structure does not pass compliance.
Below — what a partner gets, who can become one, who signs documents with whom, what the procedure looks like from referral to contract, and what to do if the client has already been promised too much.
What is a partnership with Alliance and what does a partner get?
A partnership is referral work: you bring a client for Romanian services, we take them from the first consultation to the result, and you receive a fee under a contract.
A partner gets three things.
The first is a complete service for their client: a licensed company, a contract with timelines, an amount and a procedure, and licenses publicly available on the website.
The second is keeping the relationship: the client stays yours, you stay in the communication, and we do not build parallel relationships that bypass the partner.
The third is a fee, which is set before the cooperation begins and fixed in the contract.
What a partnership does not require: a license of your own, legal expertise in Romanian law, taking part in correspondence with the bank, or being present at the deal. That part of the work is ours.
Who can become a partner?
A partner is someone who already has the trust of people who need European services.
No legal specialization is required for this.
In practice, there are four groups. Real estate agencies whose clients ask about Europe and buying abroad. Law and consulting firms whose clients' requests go beyond their jurisdiction. Migration specialists and experts with an audience interested in status.
And the company's current clients who recommend us to people they know — for them the procedure is exactly the same as for a professional partner.
The terms of cooperation are discussed before work begins and fixed in the contract — including how payments are made, the limits of communication with the client and how reporting to the partner works. The application form on the partnership page has a mandatory "Country" field: it determines which contract applies.
Who handles the client and who signs the contract?
The contract is signed by Alliance with the end client. Client identification, the compliance assessment, the source-of-funds documents, the notary and the bank also always stay between Alliance and the client, with no intermediate links.
The reason is not a formality. The service is licensed, and banking and notarial compliance require the company to know its client directly and through documents. An arrangement where an intermediary collects the documents and the company signs blindly does not pass the check and creates a risk for all three — the client, the partner and the company.
At the same time, the partner keeps the communication with the client. We do not build relationships that bypass the person who brought the client: the partner stays in the loop, receives reports on the progress of the work within the agreed limits, and remains a party to the fee agreement. The division is simple — the partner has the relationship, Alliance has the responsibility and the documents.
What does the procedure look like from referral to contract, and how long does it take?
The procedure consists of 5 steps: referral, identification and assessment at Alliance, the contract with the client, execution in Romania, a report to the partner.
First — the referral: the partner passes on the contact and one line about the person's situation.
Second — identification and assessment: Alliance contacts the client directly, carries out a free assessment before any decisions — it commits the client to nothing — and issues a written opinion with a route.
Third — the contract with the client: the timelines, the amount and the procedure are fixed in writing.
Fourth — execution in Romania: the company, documents, the bank, the deal or the status application, depending on the route.
Fifth — a report to the partner on the progress and completion of the work.
Timelines depend on the route and are stated in the opinion that follows the assessment. We make no promises about timelines before the assessment — neither to the client nor to the partner: until the documents have been looked at, any figure would be made up.
What if the client has already been promised a timeline and a result before the assessment?
Reset the expectations right away, before anything at all is signed. The later this is done, the more it costs — and above all for the partner, because it is the partner who loses trust.
The situation is typical: the client was told "about three months" and "it will definitely work," because that is how it went for someone else. Then it turns out that half of their documents are missing, the origin of the funds cannot be confirmed, and the ground has to be built from scratch.
Here is how it is handled. The partner passes on the situation as it is, including what the person has already been promised. Alliance carries out the assessment and issues a written opinion — with a route, documents and honest timelines, or, if no route comes together, with a reasoned refusal. The partner takes part in the conversation and remains the one who brought the person to a professional answer, not the one who promised too much. The client signs the contract with Alliance, and the partner's fee does not change.
Separately, let us say it plainly: we do not promise results.
A residence permit and citizenship go only through a check of the ground and an assessment; the authority decides the case.
How does Alliance work and where does Armonia's area end?
Alliance is a consulting company: strategy, the legal side, the bank, financial monitoring and coordinating all processes. Four years of licensed practice in Romania, two offices — in Constanța and in Mamaia-sat.
The legal side is handled by dedicated specialists, accounting by audit firms.
The roles with the agency are strictly separated, and for realtor partners this is the key point. Armonia selects and shows properties. Alliance builds the structure, handles the bank and keeps the client's money safe. A partner who works in real estate does not lose their part of the work — they gain a legal framework they did not have before.
"The right to Romanian citizenship is confirmed by documents — and we carry that right all the way to a passport. The authority makes the decision: no one can guarantee the result, but the file can be put together so that it raises no questions. The timelines, the amount and the procedure are in the contract."
How do you start cooperating?
It is best to start with an application, not with your first client: the terms are fixed before a specific person appears.
That way the partner knows their limits and their fee in advance.
Who does the client belong to after the referral?
The relationship stays with the partner: they keep the communication and receive reports within the agreed limits.
Alliance does not build parallel relationships that bypass the partner, but it signs the service contract with the client directly — compliance requires this.
How is the fee set?
It is set before the cooperation begins and fixed in the contract.
The figures are discussed individually and depend on the type of service and the extent of the partner's involvement.
Does a partner have to understand Romanian law?
No. The legal side, the bank and the documents are Alliance's area. All a partner needs to provide is the client's contact and one line about the situation.
Submit an application on the "Partnership with Alliance" page — the form takes a minute, and the "Country" field is mandatory. We will reply, discuss the terms and fix them in the contract before work begins.
